Hello Trinity Friends,
Please join us this Sunday as we celebrate the start of Advent! We will share the sacrament of Holy Communion and we will be resuming Sunday School after nearly 2 years absence. There will be live music beginning around 10:15 am with some special Christmas music. It will be a wonderful way to kick off the Advent season!
Our worship service begins at 10:30 am (doors open at 10 am). For those who are unable to attend in person, you will be able to watch on YouTube here Trinity’s YouTube Channel anytime or on Cogeco’s YourTV Channel 12/700HD the following Sunday morning at 8 am and 9 pm.

Mossy Church – Advent Spiral Wednesday December 1st at 5 pm (Laurentian Park Playground) Join us as we build an advent spiral and begin our journey towards Christmas.
Kids can participate in a scavenger hunt for special materials, and adults can join in the build. Then we’ll all walk the spiral to spread the light.
Remember candlelit Christmas Eve services? Re-experience the magic – in the beauty of nature.
Afterwards, please join us for a mug of hot chocolate. (Bring your own mug!)

Christmas Gift Bag Outreach Once again we will be collecting items for our Christmas Gift Bag Outreach. Approximately 150 bags will be packed for those who would appreciate gifts this season. We pack bags for teens and adults in transitional housing, treatment centres, the NBRHC Mental Health Unit, Suswyn Indigenous Housing and more. If you would like to contribute to this outreach program please bring in your donations to Trinity on Sunday morning (place them in the box in the narthex )or call the church office to arrange a time to drop them off. You can donate items up to Sunday December 12th.Here are some suggestions of items that would be appreciated: socks, slippers, treats (regular and diabetic ones), playing cards, crossword or word search books, magazines, comics, current novels, toiletries (such as hand sanitizer, chapstick, hand cream, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes – no hotel soaps please). Christmas gift bags or money to purchase gifts are also appreciated.

Christmas Pudding FundraiserThe AOTS are selling delicious and fancy Christmas Puddings. Puddings are ready to serve in a sealed 500ml. mason jar for $20 each. Numbers are limited! Be sure to pick yours up Sunday after church.

Fundraiser for the Scouts
There is an Epicure Fundraiser to help support the Scouts and Venturers who are travelling to the Finland Jamboree in July 2022. Cost is $25 and the purchaser receives a variety pack of seasonings to help make mealtime even easier! Orders are due by Friday, December 3rd, and will arrive in time for Christmas.
