Trinity this week – Rally Back, Pies and more!

Hello Trinity Friends,
We are looking forward to returning to worship this upcoming Sunday September 12th at 10:30 am.  Covid Protocols will remain in place (masks and physical distancing). Doors will open at 10 am.  The worship service will also be available on YouTube Trinity’s YouTube Channel Sunday mornings (and anytime after) and will also be broadcast on Cogeco’s YourTV Channel 12 (700HD) the following Sunday at 8am and 3 pm.
Some good news – we have learned that we are able to return to congregational singing (with mask on). We are also grateful for the vocal pods in the choir loft which will allow for some live solo/duet/small group singing and instrumentation.

Sunday School activities are on hold for the time being but children are most welcome to attend with their families.  An activity bag will be available from the ushers.  Stay tuned for some family friendly outdoor activities to be announced soon!  Starting with this Sunday’s Rally Back celebration at Camp Tillicum from 2 – 5 pm.  More details are included in the attached flyer.  Directions to the camp are at the end of this email. Please remember to bring a chair, your mask and hand sanitizer!
The Covid Risk Management Team met this past week and has decided to take a cautious approach to resuming our activities this fall.  At the moment, any activities that require the removal of a mask (ie. choral singing, some musical groups, meals) are on hold for the time being.  The Covid Team will be meeting again in early October to determine if any changes can be made at that time.
As we move into the fall, we will be seeing the return of many of our groups.  That is exciting and promising news.  Thank you for your patience and your support as we navigate these challenging times.
