Trinity this week – June 21st, 2019

Hello Trinity Friends,

This Sunday join us for worship at 10:30 am and hear the story behind Rev. Ted’s always interesting sermon titles! This Sunday’s meditation is titled “Sufferin’ Chickpeas”

The Sunday School will be talking a walking field trip to the Gathering Place gardens on Algonquin. We will leave here at 10:30 am from the Narthex. Parents/Caregivers are welcome to join us. Please note that we likely will be late in getting back to the church. If you need to make arrangements to pick your child up earlier please let Lisa know that morning

A reminder to Trinity Board members that the Board will be meeting on Tuesday June 25th at 7 pm in the Fireside Room.

The spots for Trinity’s popular Vacation Bible Camp program are filling up quickly! If you have a child that wants to attend please get your registrations in asap.
It’s about Time! Adventures Across the Ages with Trinity’s VBC
Trinity’s Vacation Bible Camp will travel through time to encounter some amazing bible stories. The week of adventure and fun begins Monday July 15th to Friday July 19th
9:30 – 3:30 each day. Children in Junior Kindergarten through to Grade ​7​ are welcome.
$75 per child – all snacks, materials and a camp shirt included.
Music, Crafts, Baking, Games, Experiments and more!
Youth in Grade ​8​ and up are welcome to help out for the week. Highschool “volunteer hours” will be granted for those who qualify. Registration is limited to 50 children. Registration packages will be available soon! There are a small amount of camp bursaries available to those who need them. ​​USHERS – if you are interested in being an usher, we’d love to put you to work. Please talk to Bonnie-Rae Bailey (705-478-7208) or see the sign up sheet by the coffee pot. Immediate need for 2 ushers June 30th as well as a few individual spots in July. This is a wonderful opportunity to say hello to old friends and make new friends.
