Hello Trinity Friends!
This Sunday is our last Sunday before Trinity goes on holidays for the month of August. Our friends from St. Andrew’s are happy to welcome us to worship with them Sunday mornings at 10:30 am, just as we welcomed them to join us for worship while they were on holidays this month! Further down this email you will find a list of where some of our Lay Worship Leaders will be leading worship in case you want to join them!
Please note: Trinity’s Offices will be closed from Monday July 29th to Tuesday September 3rd. For emergency Pastoral Care, please contact Rev. Kathy McCallum or St. Andrew’s United Church. (705) 472-7680 This email will be checked periodically throughout the summer should you have any urgent matters.
We will “rally back” to worship on Sunday September 8th. More information about that can be found in the Fall Newsletter that can be found below as well as under the newsletter tab on the main page. Although we don’t always enjoy thinking about fall in the middle of summer, I do encourage you to read it for some information that you can put in your calendars as well as some important information about our roof work that will be happening sometime this summer.
If you would like to make donations to the Trinity Roof Project see below for how to do that!
• If paying by cheque, please make it payable to Trinity United Church and add a note that it’s for the roof project.

One thing I want to draw your attention to that is happening this summer is:
TRINITY FAMILIES ANNUAL CAMPING TRIP to Lake Bernard Park in Sundridge is coming up August 16-18. All are welcome!! Cost is $27/ night per family, payable directly to the park on check-in. Bring costumes as the park is celebrating Halloween and we’ll be trick-or-treating! Contact Carling Lutecki for more information.
Lay Worship Leaders from Trinity will be leading worship at the following locations and dates. I am sure they would love to see some familiar faces!• August 4th Don Clysdale leads worship at Chisholm United at 7pm
• August 4th Rev. Kathy leads worship at Rutherglen (9:30am) and Mattawa (11:15am)
• August 11th Rob and Betty Farris lead worship at Nipissing (9:15am) and Restoule (11:15am)
• August 11th Rev. Kathy leads worship at Omond Memorial (9:30am)
• August 18th & 25th John Sheridan leads worship at Nipissing (9:15am) and Restoule (11:15am)
