Trinity this week – Hallowe’en Sunday – October 27, 2024

Hello Trinity Friends!

This Sunday October 27 we celebrate Hallowe’en Sunday. Costumes are encouraged! Following the service, the Sunday School children are asked to meet in the Fireside room for a brief rehearsal for something special planned for next week.  

Later, Trinity youth will gather for their escape room and Hallowe’en Potluck from 12 -3.  

THE UCW CHRISTMAS TEA AND BAZAAR is Saturday, November 9th, from 1-3pm. Baked Goods and Craft Tables – $10 Admission to the tea room

For or all you bakers, the bake table will welcome your delectable goodies. Crafters can get their fingers busy on beautiful creations for the craft table. All donations will be most gratefully received. We will also be looking for workers to make the bazaar run smoothly. The sign up lists for making sandwiches and squares/cookies for the tea tables, are on the windows beside the office. 

Trinity Arts presents THE COUNTY Saturday November 9th 7:30 pm (Doors open at 7pm). The County, is a modern country band performing both new material and proven crowd favourites. Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 at the door, but Trinity friends will have a special price of $20 (must purchase from Trinity in advance only)Events from our wider community

Emmanuel United Church hosts Evensong
As we approach All Saints Day, we invite you to join us for a special Evensong service at Emmanuel United Church, where we will gather to honour the gift of remembering.Through candlelight, prayer, music, and shared moments of stillness, we will come together as a community to hold memory close and to seek comfort and hope in the presence of one another.
