Trinity this week – February 8, 2026

Hello Trinity Friends, 

 

We hope you will join us this Sunday for worship at 10:30 am – either in person, or on YouTube! Following the service, please join us downstairs, in the Fellowship Hall, for coffee and conversation.  

 

The Sunday School is starting a new rotation – they will be in the kitchen preparing a special Sunday School thematic snack!  The Sunday School has been asked to contribute a song to conclude the Lenten Blues series for Easter Sunday. Immediately following Sunday School, children are invited to gather in the Fireside Room for a 15 minute rehearsal of the song.  Please speak with Amanda Silk or myself if you have any questions!

 

Trinity’s UCW (United Church Women), are often called on to prepare sandwiches, desserts and refreshments for funerals, special services and events.  This can be a lot of work for a small group of people – so they are looking for some help.  If you are willing to be called upon, on occasion, to make sandwiches, cookies or squares, please consider adding your name to the sign up form in the Fellowship Hall after church on Sunday or by contacting a member of the UCW or by replying to this email.  Many hands lighten the load!  Thank-you!

 

Are you someone who would be willing or interested in helping out at the Tech Table?  We are looking for people to learn how to use the sound board during worship and/or operate the livestream equipment.  Training will be provided.  There will be a training session for those who are willing to learn how to stage a simple sound set-up on Sunday March 1st or March 8th after church.  If you are interested in participating please speak with Marcel MacDonald, John Roberts or Lisa Blais.
