Welcome back to Trinity! We are looking forward to returning to regular worship after some wonderful sabbath time. Here is everything happening in our community:
⛪ Sunday Worship & Sunday School
- Service Resumes: This Sunday, August 10th at 10:30 AM.
- Welcome: A warm welcome to our friends from St. Andrew’s and visitors from other congregations throughout the month of August!
- Sunday School: Our Summer Students, Abbi and Amelia, will lead a fun Creation-themed activity in the kitchen. 🎨✨
🕊️ Family News
Many of you will remember Marg Taylor, friend to many Trinity members and Trinity’s Christian Education Director for many years. Marg initiated and supported so many of the groups that continue to operate here today, and laid the groundwork for so much of our work. For that, we are deeply grateful! Marg passed away peacefully surrounded by family on July 17, 2026.

🍪 Vacation Bible Camp Snacks Needed (Aug 10–14)
In a little over a week, we will be hosting a very full and active Vacation Bible Camp! We have approximately 70 campers and helpers to feed.
- How you can help: If you are able to bake mini muffins or cookies, or donate funds to offset food costs, please speak with Janice Brownlee or Marion Colquhoun. Your support is very much appreciated!

🌾 Commemorating the 40th Anniversary of the United Church Apology to Indigenous Peoples & Recommitting to Reconciliation

- 📍 Location: Indigenous Sharing and Learning Centre, Laurentian University (935 Ramsey Lake Rd., Sudbury)

- 🌟 Featuring: Sacred Fire & Drumming, personal stories, community lunch, and a pilgrimage to the Apology Cairn.
