What a difference a week can make – last week we were trying to stay cool in 30 plus heat and today we are all bundled up and trying to stay warm and dry!

This Sunday, is World Wide Communion Sunday.  Join your Trinity family and our sisters and brothers around the world to celebrate Communion.  A reminder that Communion is served early in the service so that our Sunday School and their leaders can be present.

Next Sunday, we celebrate Thanksgiving Sunday.  Gifts of food, and money will be collected for our Food Shelf and Infant Food Shelf ministries.  The Sunday School children will collect these items during worship.  Please remember to pick up your Thanksgiving envelope from and Usher this Sunday.  We will also be celebrating a baptism!

PIES!  Pies are being assembled beginning Monday October 2nd through to Thursday October 5th.  There is an evening shift on Tuesday October 3rd as well.  If you are able to lend a hand, we would be happy to have your help anytime. This is a very successful project because of the many people who support it by picking, bagging, peeling, mixing, rolling, delivering and of course buying!

Since so many new people have joined Trinity, we’re updating our directory. Starting this Sunday, Karen and Wes Johnson will be taking a contemporary headshot of each member/family.  Photos are being taken in the nursery before and after church this upcoming Sunday.  Other dates will be announced shortly!  Please wear light colour clothing without patterns if you are able! Portraits will be made available for purchase with all proceeds going to Trinity.

Trinity Youth Group’s The Great Escape Event
This Sunday October 1st. 1 – 3:30pm. Youth in grade 7 and up are invited to meet here at Trinity for a potluck feast and some games before we head over to participate in an Escape Room Adventure. Contact Lisa at blais.trinity@gmail.com
