Trinity this week – Annual Congregational Meeting

Hello Trinity Friends,
This Sunday following our morning worship,  is the Annual Congregational Meeting.  All people are encouraged to attend.  Please join us for lunch immediately following our worship service and then stay for our ACM, which will start at 12:15pm. All our members and adherents are welcome.* If you have a copy of the Annual Report, please bring it with you – copies will be available for those who do not. If you would like to read the Annual Report before the meeting, it can be found on the website.  An agenda, the draft copy of the Board Roster and a financial summary are included in this email.  Copies will be available Sunday morning.
**Please note that our Lift is not working at the moment – we have a repair person coming on Monday hopefully.  We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused***
This Saturday, the Subzero Superheroes will be heading out to help raise money for the Gathering Place.  Members of the Trinity community along with the FIRST Team 1305 will gather at Algonquin school at 4:45.  All are welcome to join us!  If you are not able to join us but would like to pledge our team you can click on this link http://walk.w-ith.me/Subzerosuperheroes  Thank-you for those of you have already pledged our team!
At Trinity, we are blessed to have a vibrant Children’s ministry.  The Sunday School is an active and exciting place to be Sunday mornings, but we are in need of help!  We need more people who are willing to help us teach Sunday School.  The commitment is only 3 Sundays (more if you are willing).  The lessons are supplied for you and as often as possible, geared towards your strengths.  If you like to cook – why not teach a cooking rotation that re-inforces the bible story we are studying – or perhaps you love crafts, or games, or STEM activities – we can find a lesson to suit you.  If you are willing to help out – or even if you want to shadow a teacher to see if you might be willing to try – please speak with Carling, Marcel or myself.  We would love to have you part of our dynamic Sunday School team!
Some upcoming events are listed below.  A little reminder that the AOTS will be selling Easter Hams once again.  Order forms and information will be available soon.  For more information please speak with Maurice Laporte!
