Trinity Weekly Update – November 3rd, 2016

Hello Trinity Friends!

This Sunday, please join us for “Faith Speaks Out Sunday”. This Sunday we also dedicate our new More Voices Hymn books.

After church, we will be moving the stage into the sanctuary to prepare for all the special concerts and events that will be happening.  We are looking for strong individuals to help lend a hand lugging the stage pieces and assembling.  If you have a drill, please bring that as well!

The following Sunday November 13th, join us for a special Remembrance Sunday service.  In the afternoon, the J.O.Y.  band will be presenting “Musical Memories of the War Years.  The sing-a-long starts at 1:30 with the concert beginning at 2 pm.  Refreshments will be served following the concert.  Admission to the concert is by free will offering (with proceeds to the Brain Injury Association of North Bay and Area).

A reminder submissions to the Advent newsletter are due on Sunday November 13th.  This will be the only newsletter between now and Lent.  Please email items to Lisa at blais.trinity@gmail.com

The UCW Tea and Bazaar is coming up!  Saturday November 12th from 1 – 3pm.
Please read the bulletin for ways you can help and plan to attend –  this is a wonderful way to kick off the Christmas season.

Those who are interested in helping out with Trinity’s Santa Claus Parade float, please see Chris Vega after church on Sunday!

And finally – don’t forget to set your clocks back an hour before you go to bed on Saturday!  See you Sunday!
