Some Announcements and Upcoming Events

A reminder to keep bidding on the wonderful silent auction items available.  This is a fun and friendly, fundraiser for our church.  Your support is very much appreciated.  Ever dream of conducting an orchestra – now is your chance!  Or maybe you would like to enjoy a sailboat cruise, or a lovely dinner cooked by some of Trinity’s fantastic chefs, or maybe you are throwing a party and would like to hire the Hosts to play…there are many, many items up for bid.  Check it out in the Fellowship Hall!

Bravo to Mustard Seed for a wonderful performance last weekend!  17 young cast members and their crew put on a great show.  Thanks to Rob Sanders who has videotaped the show – it is available to watch if you missed it.  It will be posted on the website soon!  Special thanks to all the people who helped to make Sailor’s bible happen: To our fabulous director Darlene Laferriere; to our wonderful musical director Brenda McLay; to our production team Jim Liddell, Caroline Harrison, Hannah McCallum, Samantha St. Pierre, Andrew Robinson (I’m not going to thank myself!); to our talented band members Anne Graham, Chris Clark, Mark Robinson and Joe Drinkwalter; to all our knitters/crocheters; the AOTS and UCW, and of course to all those who lugged stage pieces, posted posters, handed out programmes and supported the show in any way!  We are looking forward to Godspell in the fall and another Junior Production in the spring!

I-DYG Youth Take a Hike in Laurier Woods on Monday May 23rd from 2 – 4 pm.  Meet at the trail head parking lot on Brule street.  Bring a litter-less snack and wear comfortable, appropriate foot wear!

Don’t forget the UCW sponsors a Cafeteria Style Luncheon on Friday May 27th from 11 – 1.  It is a wonderful lunch at a very reasonable price.  All are welcome!

Please read through the bulletin for many more announcements.   You can access it on our website at www.trinitynorthbay.ca and click on the worship tab or even better – come to church early and read it while waiting for the service to start!
