Hello Trinity Friends,
This week has been a wonderful flurry of activity as members and friends of Trinity assembled over 1600 pies! We are incredibly humbled and grateful to all the many people who took the time to support this project – those who took leadership roles in coordinating this colossal effort, those who helped pick and prepare the apples, those who helped assemble the pies, those who donated money and ingredients and of course, those who bought the pies. We are truly thankful!
This Sunday, we celebrate Thanksgiving and all our earth’s bounties. In gratitude and in the spirit of thanksgiving, we are asked to bring non-perishable food items, or a monetary donation for the Food Shelf ministries at Trinity. Trinity provides a weekly Food Shelf and an Infant Food Shelf to those who need it in our community. Thank-you for supporting this very important ministry. Items will be collected during worship by the Sunday School children. Thanksgiving envelopes are available from the ushers.
This Sunday we also celebrate a baptism. We love our baptism Sundays at Trinity and the lively energy it usually provides. The Junior Choir will also be offering a song. It is sure to be a music and spirit filled morning!
