Family News We would like to offer our sympathies and prayers to the family and friends of Trinity member, Pat Smith. Pat served the Board as a member of the Ministry and Personnel Committee. She will be missed. Her obituary can be found here Patricia Smith Obituary notice


From Michelina and Blake Beam and family: We would like to thank everyone who sent cards of sympathy for the death of Blake’s step-mother Joyce Beam.  We were very touched and comforted by the thoughtfulness of our Trinity family and we appreciate it so much.

In recognition of Stir it Up Sunday the AOTS will be selling fancy Christmas Puddings at the AOTS service on Sunday November 21st.  Puddings are ready to serve in a sealed 500ml. mason jar for $20 each.  Numbers are limited! 

GRATITUDES

The Trinity Fundraising Team would like to offer our deep gratitude and appreciation to Pamela (Adams) Somerville​ for her contribution of 20 pieces of beautiful art for our Art Fundraiser.  All proceeds will go towards the Fireside Room restoration Fund.  We will announce the amount raised next week.  There are 3 pieces left if you’d like to purchase one – see Lisa after church on Sunday.


A heartfelt and enthusiastic thank you to Karen Johnson and Amanda Silk for a wonderful all ages Mossy Church family event on Hallowe’en weekend.  Thanks also to all the actors, pumpkin carvers and folk who helped pull this wonderful evening off. We are grateful for the opportunity to gather together, outside, for social activities and fellowship.  Thank you Karen and Amanda for your creativity and passion!

HELP NEEDED​

Cookie Fundraiser – Seeking all bakers! The 4 Trinity Fund raising committee needs your help. We need people to bake and donate cookies for a Xmas cookie sale which will be held  Sat. Nov. 27th 2021.  All proceeds from the sale of the cookies goes to general funds for Trinity.  We need lots of cookies, plain, fancy and gluten free. There will be a few vegan cookies available too. Bakers, all cookies must be brought to the church on Friday morning  Nov. 26th  before noon, as the 4 Trinity team must package all the cookies prior to the sale.
Following Covid safety guidelines, all cookies will be pre packaged in decorative cookie tins ready for sale.  
The cookie sale  will be from 9: 30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and will be held  at the McIntyre St. door. Masks are required.

​​USHERS NEEDED The Worship committee is looking for ushers for the Advent season starting with the Sunday service on Nov 28th.  Two ushers minimum are required for each Sunday.  Perhaps some families,  or friends would like to volunteer for a Sunday during Advent. Please phone the church office or talk to Bonnie-Rae Bailey or Jean Rideout if you are interested.
