Trinity this week – May 21, 2023

Hello Trinity Friends,
Please join us this Sunday for worship at 10:30 am.  In Sunday School the children will be working on a craft and learning about Paul!  In the next couple of weeks the children will be helping to raise butterflies, which will be released later this spring.

Next Sunday May 28th, the JOY Band will present their spring concert “Maytime Melodies” at 2 pm.  Their flyer is attached below.  You will not want to miss this wonderful concert!

The Mustard Seed children have been hard at work getting ready for their performances of “A Not So Terrible Parable” on Saturday June 3rd at 7 pm and Sunday June 4th at 1 pm  Tickets are available at the office, from Lisa or at the door.  They are $10 for Adults and $5 for students. If you come on Saturday, you will have the opportunity for dinner and a show!  Camp Caritou is hosting a pasta dinner!  More details to follow.  If you choose to come to the matinee on Sunday you can have lunch and a show!  The UCW will be putting out a sandwich lunch after church.

Toilet Paper Drive The annual TP North Bay drive is on.  Each year the community of North Bay comes together to donate toilet paper to the area food banks.  If you’d like to contribute to the project, look for the bins outside several grocery stores (including Giant Tiger).  You can also bring toilet paper directly to Trinity – we give out toilet paper to all our Food Shelf clients each Monday. Thanks for your support!

Eating at SWISS CHALET? Please bring your table receipt (not your credit card receipt) to Trinity and deposit it in the container at the McIntyre Street entrance or the one in the narthex. The restaurant will donate10% of the amount paid for food to Trinity! This is for orders of food only and must be dine-in. We appreciate this generous donation and your participation in this endeavour.
