Trinity this week – Friday the 13th, 2019

Hello Trinity Friends and Happy Friday the 13th!

This Sunday join us in the Sanctuary for worship at 10:30 am.  The sanctuary won’t be quite back to normal but we will be able to worship in the space!  There will be a hymn sing at 10:15 am.
There are a couple of happenings this weekend that I would like to share with you – some of which I also shared yesterday!
There will be a cleaning bee happening tomorrow between 8 and 11 am. If you are able to spare a few hours, please come prepared to dust and clean.  If you have rags, buckets, mops or a vacuum, please feel free to bring it along.  Thank-you!
Also tomorrow – Saturday September 14th  is the Infant Food Shelf “Baby Shower” Fundraiser!  It runs from 12 to 2:30 pm and is a major fundraiser to help support this program.  All are welcome.  Tickets are $10.  Please also bring an item for infants under 12 months (no formula please).  Lunch is provided.  There will be door Prizes and Silent Auction items too.  Thanks for supporting this important outreach of our Church.
Here is a really unique opportunity!  Have you ever wanted to see what a tiny house looks like?  Now is your opportunity! This Sunday (September 15th) Kirk and Heather Ready will be giving tours of their Tiny House on Wheels at the Green Store (3761 Trout Lake Road) from 1 to 4 pm.  They are charging an “admission” of $5 for adults or $10 per family as fundraiser for the Trinity roof!
Trinity’s Food Shelf is in need of a couple of volunteers for the Monday Morning Food Shelf program – all help is appreciated but we are hoping there may be a couple of males that would be willing to volunteer so that we have a more gender balanced volunteer base. If you can help once a month from 9:30 to 11 am please come speak with me or Jim Liddell. Thanks!
Hope to see you this weekend,
