Letter from the Board

Dear Trinity Church Family:

By now we all know that a province-wide lockdown commences in the early hours of Boxing Day, 2020. The intention of this brief e-mail is to communicate to you how your Trinity Board intends to respond. Please share this information widely.

Our Christmas Eve plans remain largely unchanged. There will be two identical services on the evening of December 24th. The first at 4pm, the second at 7pm (with time in between for airing and disinfection). Doors open a half-hour in advance, and seating will be limited.

If you feel particularly anxious, if you have been with people from “Hot” or “Grey” zones, or if you have any symptoms or exposure– please attend the service virtually, from home.

Sunday services on December 27th and January 3rd at 10:30 will ONLY be available virtually, through YouTube or DVD. The church will NOT be available to the public on these Sundays. The Trinity Board remains hopeful that we can resume our limited in-person worship on January 10th at 10:30am.

We are so deeply appreciative of the efforts of our staff and volunteers to maintain the highest standards of safety, comfort, and communication. May God bless and strengthen us throughout these challenging days! Stay safe, and keep connected!
